Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. I rented a Dodge Journey from these guys for 4 days. I went to Value because I have a friend who rents from them about once a year. They remembered him. Howard and Jason are so helpful. I can’t get packages at our address and so they go there. People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. The people there are really nice and I know it is a real pain for them and they don’t get anything out of it. A big thank you to them!!!!

Needed to take my elderly mom to HSC. Switchboard/dispatcher was super helpful in setting up appointment. Driver arrived right on time, was really nice, totally professional, also very considerate in driving - tried to avoid rough patches as best he could. Got to the appointment in plenty of time.
When we needed the return ride, we called and the van was there in just a few minutes. We totally recommend this service!
