Recently dubbed 'West Queen West', it has evolved to become one of the hottest art and design districts in Toronto. Suffice to say that Laura has a knack for sensing future trends and is always on the cutting edge of design and style.Laura has been florist to the stars for many years, having designed for such notable stars as Barbara Streisand, Elton John, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Lauren Bacall, Queen Latifah, Sophia Loren, Denzel Washington, and Mike Myers. This, combined with over 15 years experience in Toronto's floral industry, has allowed Laura to develop a style that impresses the most elite.

Orchid Greens can be traced back to Hong Cong Yuen, the man who made it all possible. He founded Fuxing Greenhouses in 1973, and was the one who put in place all operational and technical standards for Orchid Greens. Starting out as a hobbyist back in the early 1940s at the age of 16, Hong Cong Yuen went on to develop new methods in creating various new Orchid specimens. After showing people what fabulous plants his orchids had evolved into, he has since decided to mass-produce these delightful flowers in order to share them with the world.
