We required them to come out and do an original appraisal of our house and then another 5 times, once for each draw for our money we needed from the bank. Our appraiser was Dawn and she was very professional and prompt in her appraisals. She turned them around in 24 hours making for a very smooth and pleasant process between them, the bank and our builder. I spoke to the receptionist a few times to set up appointments and never had a problem
