Starting out as an apprentice and working his way up to Sous Chef, David developed a globally influenced style, with a focus on Canadian ingredients. 'At a young age I developed a real love and passion for food and cooking. It is a privelege to be able to work in an environment with dedicated staff who feel the same way I do.' stated David.David participated in many Culinary Competitions and further pushed his limits, leading him to eventually start his own catering company.
