With over 30years experience working in the food industry at famous hotels and restaurants both in France and Canada, Chef Eric Arrouze now operates and manages Learn 4 Fun Consulting, a division of Carpe Diem Consulting Inc. Previously, Chef Eric worked as an executive chef at Le Cap-Estel, a 5-star hotel in Eze-bord-de-mer on the French Riviera.
