The Dance PAC is a creative and dynamic studio dedicated to excellence! We are committed to having all students experience the wonder and excitement of the performing arts. Our qualified staff ensures creative and enjoyable classes to students of all ages.Nicola Saclamacis, owner and artistic director, ensures that the dance programs allow all students from 2-1/2 years of age to adults to develop their dance skills, have fun and become part of a community of like-minded individuals who are all interested in developing their artistic styles.Dance PAC's dance programs are updated to reflect new dance styles and techniques. The programs provide a wide range of learning opportunities for both recreational students and competitive dancers.

Our qualified teachers provide the training to achieve and the encouragement to excel. Classes are offered in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro and Hip Hop for boys and girls three years of age and up. Many recreational students go on to become competitive students. RAD exams are available for ballet students. Students showcase their achievements by performing in the year-end recital held at Meadowvale Theatre in June.

Aradia Fitness has taught thousands of women nationwide and aspires to unleash that confident, sexy and strong woman inside of you. Besides students learning sexy dance and fitness moves, the franchisees create a growing community of fabulous, like-minded, powerful women who are changing and empowering their lives. Aradia Fitness offers alternative fitness in a fun, safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where we are all different ages and sizes of women get fit and have fun. There is no nudity. Aradia Fitness also offers parties along with classes at the studios.
