Julian graduated from the Faculty of Arts at McGill University in 2008 and from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law in 2011. He first came to Williams Lake as a summer articling student with Vanderburgh & Company in 2010, through the British Columbia CBA’s Rural Education and Access to Lawyers initiative. He returned as an articled student in 2011, joined as an Associate after being called to the Bar in 2012, and became a Partner with the firm in 2014. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and backpacking through British Columbia’s mountains, including through the Cariboo – Chilcotin – Coast region.

Crook in 1975 and, after 1980 the firm became the partnership of William F. Crook and Stephen J. Oliver. Mr. Crook retired in 2004 and Mr. Oliver retired at the end of 2016.
