What We BelieveDouglas Mennonite Church is a mid-sized congregation (about 300 people on Sunday morning) in northeast Winnipeg. Since its founding, children and youth have been a very important part of the congregation. In our early days, our focus was mainly on the children and youth who were already part of the congregation but in more recent years, our vision has expanded to include those children and youth in our neighbourhood who do not yet know Christ .A number of years ago we as a congregation adopted the following vision statement.
