"We kept hearing that more and more famous pianists were converting to playing on Fazioli pianos, so I really wanted to bring them here," says Manuel. So he introduced one of the greatest concert grands in the world to his talented locale, handmade by world-renowned Paolo Fazioli. The German-made Grotrians are another notable draw - as are the economical 'W. Hoffmann' series by Bechstein, another performance instrument completely made in Europe.

The catering company evolved into The Cheese Shop @ The Menu Setters, and eventually into les amis du FROMAGE as we know and love today.
