Home-made gourmet kettle fudge....simply the best you've ever had! Chris Alexander makes his fudge in his production kitchen located in his home in Smithville. There are 36 unique flavours including some seasonal favourites such as pumpkin which is available now. Alexander offers between 12 and 16 different varieties at his market booth each week. Some favourites are always on hand such as chocolate walnut, chocolate chocolate, dark chocolate He has been in retail and the food service sector for over 30 years. With regard to making fudge, he explains “I saw an opportunity and went with it - everyone loves fudge!” His wife Brenda lends a hand in this family business getting involved in the artistic part of fudge making by adding the swirls to many varieties. Fudge making has become a full time business for Alexander who hopes to have a store front presence at some point. He participates in some other markets, festivals and events in the area.
