When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. Awesome efficient service. We had a label to ship an item back to the manufacterer. We had packaged it and drove an hour and a half to drop it off. The service people were very friendly and super fast at getting our parcel on it's way.
