We had a basement flood in January as did many others the same weekend. Insurance recommended Lubnow Restoration and they were wonderful. Niko took care of virtually everything on the project and we did not miss a day of work meeting with contractors or trades. We were kept up to date with everything happening and the timelines for product ordering to replace carpets etc. My basement is beautiful again. I was thrilled with the service.

Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
