Wallack's has been part of the community since 1939. We began as a photographic supply store founded by picture enthusiast Sam Wallack. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, I have made Ottawa my home for over a decade while pursuing my higher education. I received my Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa and my Master of Arts from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in 2012. I was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014. I completed my articles of clerkship at Mann Lawyers, LLP, where I received extensive training and experience in the areas of family law, civil litigation, wills & estate planning, real estate and corporate law.
Before beginning my legal career, I worked with UNESCO in Bangkok, Thailand, where I researched human rights in the context of HIV/AIDS in Southeast Asia among vulnerable high-risk populations. I later worked for Citizenship and Immigration Canada for two years, where I focused on health operational policies, quality assurance and risk management.
I am functionally bilingual, and I have conversational level Spanish and Japanese.

Food is an unavoidable part of your day, but when you have an addiction to something you need to survive, overcoming your problem can be a great challenge. Overeaters Anonymous in Ottawa is a safe space where you can share, learn and find support.
Montana's invites you to their establishment. Explore a menu offering hamburgers, priced at 11$ to 25$ and can get there by car. The neighboring area is notable for its parks.
On Wednesdays Montana's has an "all you can eat beef rib night", its worth the trip and go there hungry. They have 2 choices of beef ribs "back" or "side" ribs, back ribs are more tender and have more meat on them. Its a fantastic meal and very delicious, I find myself dreaming of those ribs the rest of the week. Sadly they do not offer the same meal any other night of the week, its a one night only affair, the rest of the week they offer only a pork bone substitute for "Ribs" which is not at all like on rib night. Another annoying thing is you cannot switch rib type once you start so choose carefully. I know they have Rib night in several other Montana's restaurants in the Ottawa area on the same night but I don't know if it's chain wide, check with your local restaurant. The Wednesday night beef ribs are the best I've ever had.Read more
