I've been here a number of times and I'm never disappointed! Its a great place to bring friends to try something delicious and unique. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was there on a recent Saturday evening at 5:30 and had to wonder, though, why the hostess felt compelled to inform me that my table was booked at 7:30. It felt rather rude and unwelcoming. I have no control over the efficiency of your kitchen or servers. There must be a better way. A sign? A note on your website?

Extremely pleased with the service I received at the HBC Fixt location. Everything was explained to me clearly and with no pressure tactics. Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out. We plugged in the phone, it worked perfectly. Richard even helped me with a few settings I wasnt sure of. Excellent service. No charge. Will definitely go back!
