The first time I went in, I didn't have an appointment. They were able to take me right away. I had never gotten gel nails until just recently, so they explained to me what they were doing, how to care for the nails, and they were able to repair the 'bad' job I received before going there. Love this place and love Valentina. I have been going to Valentina for years now. She has taken me from my natural brown to a full blonde balayage. And it is absolutely perfect, the entire process has been flawless. She is so honest and caring. Truly puts her clients first and listens to what they want.
