Nous avons reçu en cadeau un petit séjour à l'hotel Alpine Inn. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à prendre une réservation, mais ça vallait la peine. La table était l'une des meilleures que nous avons eu la chance de goûter depuis nos vacances en Gaspésie (La maison du Homard à Port Daniel). Le service personalisé de notre hôtesse, Barbara, amical, jovial et très professionnel. Quant à nos plats, le carré d'agneau et le magret de canard, autant la cuisson que les accompagnements étaient à point. La soupe aux pois réinventé du jeune chef (tout frais sorti de l'école d'hôtellerie de Montréal, nous a-t-on dit) était goûteuse, bien équilibrée et n'avait rien à voir avec nos soupe aux pois de nos, bien que charmantes, cabanes à sucre.
