The place has an on site smokehouse and it does make all the difference! Doesn't even compare to ribs just slathered in smokey flavored sauce like most. If you are looking for excellent ribs in Moncton, you'll need to drive to Hillsborough. It's well worth the drive. Best ribs around by a long shot!
