phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Chem-Dry is an excellent company! I have been using them for almost 15 years not for everything from regular carpet cleaning, to my upholstery and area rugs. I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person.
I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.
