The mine is currently undergoing a major expansion to increase palladium production and reduce cash costs per ounce. The mine expansion consists of transitioning underground operations to shaft access mining while utilizing a high volume bulk mining method. Through the utilization of the shaft and the bulk mining method, LDI is expected to benefit from increased production at reduced operating costs and yield higher operating margins.
