Gymnastics is the foundation for all sports. Study after study confirm that children involoved in gymnastics, are more likely to avoid drugs, score higher on achievement tests, stay in school, have greater self esteems, and live healthier lifestyles. The children who participate in gymnastics not only learn motor development, but interpersonal relationships, skills, perserverance, discipline, commitment, persepectivie, teamwork, selfesteem and leadership.In addition to gymnastics we also offer the sport of Trampoline and Tumbling. This is for every child who loves to run, jump and have fun. Physical benefits include speed, strength, balance and spatial awareness.
