The owners, Andi and Fried,a were born and educated in Germany and have lived and worked in Switzerland, Great Britain, and Japan as well as in their home country. Andi, a master baker with 30 years of professional experience, started his career working as an apprentice and later as a journeyman in Germany and Switzerland.
