The only real question is what stage are you currently experiencing?There are five components to consider in the aging process; chronological age, physical makeup or wellness, basic personality, spiritual health and cultural influence.Generally, in this culture, aging refers to people in their elder years, as if they are the only ones aging. What is being referred to as the aging process is the normative developmental changes over a life span. In childhood, we learn the security of dependence and socialization. During youth, we experience an introspective, egocentric time and develop our sense of identity through relationships, skills, knowledge, physicality and independence. Young Adulthood is where we cement our identity, develop beliefs, friends, families and/or career. Adulthood is the 'sandwich generation' for many North Americans raising children and supporting the elderly while often handling careers

Our facility has been designed to combine the latest in dental technology with a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere. The facility is spacious with an open concept. Although there are dividers that block direct vision from patient to patient, the open concept allows for free communication, which almost always leads to entertainment value.

We have been providing first aid training in the Lower Mainland as an incorporated company since 1985. Since those early days we have trained many thousands of students from other parts of the province as well as other areas of Canada and even other countries including Africa, El Salvador and the Caribbean island of Grand Cayman. Day, evening, and private group courses are available with a wide range of starting dates and times to suit almost everyone. The goal of our team of devoted instructors is to ensure that our students receive a high level of training, able to use their skills in a responsible manner in times of need.

We believe that a company's core values should define who they are and uphold a standard that must always be met. We have worked hard to develop these to not only write them on paper but allow them to define Coastal Fitness as a whole.
