My girlfriend and I went up to tobermory ontario a few weeks ago. I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life. Our server was super kind, funny and made lots of jokes to keep us entertained through our meal. The food was fast to arrive, fresh, and tasted delicious the light the entire dish, I highly recommend eating here on any visit to tobermory, and I hope you get the same server as us his name was James :) Read more
In 1979 Mr. Jerk had its humble beginning in Toronto, Canada in the backroom of a small West Indian grocery chain called Linstead Market. The demand for jerk pork and chicken was so overwhelming from its customers that in 1986 the Jamaican owners opened their first Caribbean restaurant specializing in jerk products. It was so small that a reporter from the Toronto Sun newspaper described it as not much larger than a closet. At this time most Caribbean restaurants were only known mainly for their patties, stews, and curries
