Food was a delightful surprise, since visiting a chain I would expect much less, especially with my past experiences with Kelsey's Menu!
Service was very good, the restaurant is nice, good atmosphere, though sort of noisy and chilly in the wintertime.

Not sure why there are bad reviews on here. Must have visited at a bad time or something. I eat here almost weekly and am never let down. The menu is always improving and the service is pretty well standard- GREAT.
Drinks specials are always happening and there are usually seasonal deals as well. If something does go wrong (which is inevitable once in a while in ANY restaurant), a manager always comes out to fix the problem and adjust the bill accordingly.

Yahoo! I was loving it! The food was scrumptious and salty. The drinks were icy cold and sweet. The atmosphere was grim and surly. Seats ripped and torn, tables crummy and sticky.
