The only reason I left a 5 star review was to the service we received. My steak was not cooked properly plus even they cooked it more from raw, the steak was bland, no flavor at all. I ended up loosing my appetite. The one thing that impressed me was our waitress. She tried her best and the manager told her that our bill was covered including our drinks. This shows me that the management supported their customers. I am a Keg person that in the past had little issues but it happens. Busy place.

I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.

I like this place alot! ever since my first time i've returned a couple more times. The service was good except for one time it took a little bit longer to get waited on! but no big deal they are busy and the waiter was young!
I've always had a great meal, such as the Perogies or their Gyro with Greek salad! when you ask for tea you dont just get a cup, they give you a medium sized china teapot that allows you to have atleast 3 cups of tea! its great for sharing! The place is always full which is a good sign to me!

Always good service, p,easing atmosphere, and superb food, many choices. Staff are always cleaning up, which is important in a food service facility.

My husband and I like to meet friends once a week for breakfast. We like Lancers the best. I have tried some others in the area but they can't compete with Lancers. The food is always served hot by friendly staff. My toast is never dry and they even remember what tea we like before we ask. Always enjoy eating at Lancers.
