Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, I have made Ottawa my home for over a decade while pursuing my higher education. I received my Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa and my Master of Arts from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in 2012. I was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014. I completed my articles of clerkship at Mann Lawyers, LLP, where I received extensive training and experience in the areas of family law, civil litigation, wills & estate planning, real estate and corporate law. Before beginning my legal career, I worked with UNESCO in Bangkok, Thailand, where I researched human rights in the context of HIV/AIDS in Southeast Asia among vulnerable high-risk populations. I later worked for Citizenship and Immigration Canada for two years, where I focused on health operational policies, quality assurance and risk management. I am functionally bilingual, and I have conversational level Spanish and Japanese.

Our practice is exclusively dedicated to criminal defence with a specialisation in drinking and driving offences, commonly known as DUI/DWI. We represent clients in Ottawa and across Ontario including Pembroke, Cornwall, L'Original, Brockville, Kingston, Peterborough, Lindsay as well as Belleville, Cobourg, the Durham Region and the Greater Toronto area.
