First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

Love this shop. Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I went for the first time this year and I will be back. Honest and reliable service. The dealership didn't fix it right but these guys diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I just bought a used car so I went in for an oil change, while they were changing it one employee came over to me and told me to come look under my car, he showed me how rotted the fuel filter was and how dirty my differential oil was. They checked all my other fluids and were actually pretty quick getting it all changed and the new fuel filter on. All done for a fair price too.
