My family has been involved with Phoenix Rising twice in last couple of months. The facility is clean and the staff professional. In both cases the Vet went beyond what I expected. Without her compassion and carmy daughters cat would most likely have passed away. The vet was not only there for my pets but also there for my families keeping us informed throughout the ordeal. I didn’t buy glasses at the optical centre at Superstore yet the person at the counter was kind enough to tighten up a screw that was loose on my frame and even tightened up the arms. My glasses are just like new. I will go back there to buy my next pair. AMO
