He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. I was in the other day to buy some Dr Beckmann colour and dirt collectors. It is a product that protects your laundry from dyes leaching onto other clothes. They are the only place that carry a product like this. While I was there I was impressed to see they carry honey from a local producer and spaghetti sauce from a local restaurant
