Le studio Bliss est un chouette endroit de la rue St-Laurent à l'image de ses jeunes propriétaires : relax!!!
Les massages sont créatifs et de très bonne qualité, donnés par des massothérapeutes très professionnels et à l'écoute.
Aussi, les cours de yoga de niveau intermédiaire le sont vraiment (plutôt sporty, en fait!!! débutants, s'abstenir?!!). Les cours de yoga "restoratives" sont tout à fait adaptés aux gens stressés avec un fol emploi; ça fait du bien et plus de jeunes et moins jeunes "professionnels au bords de la crise de nerf " devraient s'en prévaloir ;-).
