We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.
