In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!
