I don't know about this lady's experience but my family and I travel very often with Indo Canadian but we never faced any problem and they never give a hard time to their clients. It must be this lady's fault maybe she didn't reserve her seat. just like any other Indian won't LOL!!! Showing up is not a solution, no one is having a dream that you want to travel you have to notify them and reserve it.
