So in 2009; laying roots in Pickering, Ontario; Lisa's husband Scott Bradley joined Flour Confections Inc. and they opened its doors to the cake decorating community. Four years later, Flour Confections Inc. has grown to a new retail location, a new warehouse, a staff of 12, a global reach and nearly 2500 products (and growing!) while still maintaining its local roots and small business approach. Lisa continues to maintain an active role in the cake community and stays current in the industry, while developing many new products which are unique to Flour Confections Inc. Club Loreley Club Loreley Inc, a registered not for profit organization, is the only German heritage society in the Durham Region (Oshawa, Ontario, Canada).
