I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. We got an air-tight fireplace insert from Top Hat (Neo1.6). From sales to fireplace cleaning, to inspection, to installation, the process was so very well coordinated!
