Cowhide Promotional Wear Inc. is a successful promotional and branding company. They are best in class and get the job done right...the first time! Cowhide started as a small part-time gig when times were tough after the recession of 1989. Stacey took on extra work, repairing leather goods for Fred Deeley's and leather jackets and chaps for Harley Davidson stores. When her friends found out that she could sew and design patterns, she was kept very busy making custom jackets and suits. Steve had a keen interest in the leather work and joined Stacey in their business venture. While Steve took over the cut and sew department, Stacey expanded the embroidery side of the company by investing in embroidery machines to handle the work onsite, giving them a competitive edge. One of their most popular items was the Melton Leather Varsity Jacket that led the company into a new area of manufacturing. After 18 years of production and embroidery experience, they also invested in silk screening equipment that Steve has mastered.
