I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman and his staff. I am a returning client, and when I went for my consultation he remembered me and was so kind! Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
