I specializes in attachment based therapies for trauma, anxiety, depression and chronic pain. I have experience working with children with diverse abilities, parents and siblings. I can provide parent coaching, health and wellness counselling, chronic pain therapy, and grief counselling.

At First Stages Early Learning Centre in Kelowna, we teach children through play and help to foster individual experiences. I believe in teacher interaction and participation giving me the opportunity to model good behaviours. First Stages provides a quality preschool curriculum giving your child a sense of security while encouraging them to grow and learn. I am also a 100 per cent nut free environment.
