I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I wanted to thank Gordon H. Service technician for Cambridge area for doing an excellent job of replacing my sump pump. I received same day service from Hy Pro following the September rain storm. Gordon went above and beyond. He even helped pour my bucketed water into the sump pump basin. The new pump was well tested. Thanks for helping out and relieving our anxiety over our mini flood.
