Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. I had another local locksmith company to install a pushbutton lock on my new house, after a couple of attempts of them trying to fix and repair their install I gave up on that company and went to Lang Locks on 100st. I spoke with the friendly staff there and they set up a service call. Their service guy came out to the house identified the problem almost instantly, fixed it and guarentied that I would not have any more problems with it, which I have not. I just wanted to say thanks again Lang Locks I can lock my front door and not have to worry about getting back in any more.
