Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. We took in a pressure washer during the busy spring season. They were honest about there being a long wait as they had so many jobs ahead of us. Always a good sign I think, to see a business with so many people wanting to use them. Did a great job, machine runs like new, the cost was much more reasonable than we expected and they managed to get it done a bit quicker than we were told. Highly recommend!
