The first time I went in, I didn't have an appointment. They were able to take me right away. I had never gotten gel nails until just recently, so they explained to me what they were doing, how to care for the nails, and they were able to repair the 'bad' job I received before going there. Thank you for the beautiful nails! I would recommend it to friends :)
