I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. We had a wonderful meal and excellent service.
I have food allergies and they were able to work around it. Even at the end of the meal our server remembered, and even offered a dessert option for me. The restaurant has a nice ambiance - not rushed. We will be back on our next visit to Chatham.
