Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.
