Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients, Board & funders· Ensure that the programs & services offered by the organization contribute to agency's mission Monitor the day to day delivery of the programs & services of the agency to maintain & improve the quality· Oversee the planning & implementation and evaluation of special projects· Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures & practices· Responsible for all aspects of human resources – staff hiring, supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, coaching & mentoring staff to improve performance Work with the Board Treasurer to prepare a comprehensive annual budget·

Your first appointment will last one hour so that we can understand your current diet and nutrition goals and concerns, your relevant medical and lifestyle issues, and your current medications and supplements. Follow-up appointments, if they are needed, may be shorter. We offer appointments at our office, where you live, or at other mutually agreeable locations.
