I noticed that the motor oil in a car I purchased recently, though clean, had been overfilled. That can be bad for an engine, so I decided to get the oil changed right away and minimize the chances of any damage occurring. I was pleasantly surprised when the technicians informed me that the oil really didn't need changing (which I knew) and then offered to just drain a little - free of charge - so that the level could get to within its proper range. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge.
