I insisted on a tip but they consistently refused saying that for them it was all about customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to change a rear brake bulb which should have been a simple 5 minute job but was not. Had to remove 4 panels & took them at least 20-25 minutes. Thanks guys; Y

Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!

I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.
