Kingsville Roofing & Sheet Metal was established in 1964 by a young, ambitious man from Germany, Herward Roettele, who decided to make Kingsville his home. He partnered up with a local Kingsville resident Jerry Thibeault . Asphalt shingling in Kingsville and Essex County was their primary work for some 15 years. In the late 1970s, early 1980s came a change in business as commercial roofing was growing. Both in repair work and re-roofing of existing buildings along with new projects underway as the economy was looking up. With the loss of Jerry, Harry offered long time employee John Spevak the opportunity to be a partner in the business. With a lot of door knocking, word of mouth, and a good reputation Kingsville Roofing has grown over the past 30 years. We still do the odd shingle job but our primary work is now Commercial, Industrial and Institutional. You can see our crews around Essex and Kent County.
Victoria Steel, established in 1959, is a family owned and operated Structural Steel Company. Second generation owners, Ron and Andy Bas, along with their team, have worked hard to expand the company to the successful business it is today. With the third generation currently investing in family tradition, Victoria Steel is poised to continue its steady growth. Victoria Steel, guided by their quality assurance program, provides all types of steel construction from design, commercial, and institutional builds to heavy industrial projects. Our project managers, who are also our estimators, are involved in each project from estimation to completion.
