The Institut Raymond-Dewar (IRD) is a public network of health and social services in Quebec. Multiregional center specializing in rehabilitation and subspecialty deafness and communication, IRD is affiliated with the University of Montreal and associated with the University of Quebec in Montreal and at the Cégep du Vieux-Montreal.
