TURNING POINT YOUTH SERVICES is a multi-service accredited children's mental health centre. We provide a range of mental health, counselling and support services to at-risk and vulnerable youth 12-24 and their families. PAL serves those whose vision impairments or other disabilities prevent or inhibit them from reading literary, musical, dramatic, scientific, or artistic work, as well as job-related or personal learning material in its original format.By providing free human-voice audio recordings, PAL offers access to written materials required for formal education (from kindergarten to postgraduate studies), job support and personal development.
Our friendly, all-female staff provides employment and settlement services, skills development, and language training, completely free of charge. There are also programs for children, including child care for kids between 19 months and 6 years of age.Our services are free, thanks to our funders and partners.
